Cancellation Policy
I value the time and needs of every client. To help me provide the best service to as many clients as possible, I ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know 48 hours or more in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours of notice will forfeit their deposit for services booked. In the event that there is no deposit on file they will be charged 50% of the service cost which must be paid prior to rebooking.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
